Profound Thought # 2

• Like word-processor before made my mediocre writing less illiterate;
• Like PhotoShop before made my pictures good enough to send to the local newspaper;
• Like video-editing software before made my home videos tolerable to watch even by my own family members;

the social software raises the bar of what an average (mediocre) person like me can do on the Web's publishing side.

As always, it has both good and bad sides (see upcoming Profound Thought # 3).
